1. Acceptance of Terms
Basic Terms of UseBy accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 8200 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.
8200 is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. The platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account pending verification if this requirement is not met.
This platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
2. Account Registration & Security
Personal Account ResponsibilityEach user may only hold one active account on 8200. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts, along with a freeze on balances where evidence of fraud exists.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 8200 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you receive any communication requesting your password, please report it to our support team immediately.
All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date — including your full name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in failed identity verification during withdrawals or account reviews. You are responsible for keeping your profile information current whenever changes occur.
The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents — such as a national ID or passport — before processing a first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected on an account.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
Permitted and Prohibited UseUsers of 8200 are required to use the platform responsibly and to comply with all applicable rules. The following conduct is specifically prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tools to access or interact with the platform without authorisation.
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to access or use your account.
- Attempting to exploit technical bugs, system errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Launching cyberattacks, attempting to breach data security, or engaging in any activity that threatens the security of the platform or other members' data.
- Spreading false information, harmful content, or content that infringes the rights of others through the platform.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice, freezing of associated balances, and legal action where applicable. 8200 reserves the right to retain activity records for investigative purposes.
4. Payments & Transactions in MYR
Deposits, Withdrawals & Transaction LimitsAll financial transactions on 8200 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including FPX (online banking), e-wallets, and interbank transfers. Available payment methods may vary from time to time.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as withdrawal limits, depend on your chosen payment method and account VIP tier. You can view the latest limits in the payments section of your account after logging in.
Withdrawals can only be processed to the payment method or bank account held in the same name as the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen — deposits are generally processed faster, while withdrawals may require additional processing time for verification.
8200 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold while identity verification or activity investigations are in progress. In cases where fraud is established, associated balances may be frozen until the investigation is concluded.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policies
Suspension, Closure & Limitation of LiabilityPlatform liability limits
8200 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). The platform strives to maintain continuous availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
Account suspension and closure
The platform reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from legal authorities, or failure to comply with identity verification requirements. In cases of legitimate account closure where no fraud is involved, any remaining balance will be processed for return via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Third-party links
Where the 8200 platform contains links to third-party websites or services, those links are provided for convenience only. The platform is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Access to such websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
